Ostsee Resort Damp, Damp

The hotel is clearly struggling with the number of visitors, which led to long lines and a noisy atmosphere throughout my stay. Although the hotel has been renovated and has potential, the service was severely lacking, with staff who did not seem experienced or well-trained. I appreciated some aspects, like the refreshing drinks at the bar, but overall, my experience left much to be desired.

The hotel has a lovely beach access and well-maintained facilities, making for a pleasant stay. However, the service leaves much to be desired, as many staff members seemed inexperienced and struggled with communication. Additionally, the food wasn't up to par with what I expected in quality and variety, impacting my overall enjoyment.
