Ostsee Resort Damp, Damp

The hotel is clearly struggling with the number of visitors, which led to long lines and a noisy atmosphere throughout my stay. Although the hotel has been renovated and has potential, the service was severely lacking, with staff who did not seem experienced or well-trained. I appreciated some aspects, like the refreshing drinks at the bar, but overall, my experience left much to be desired.

The hotel has a lovely beach access and well-maintained facilities, making for a pleasant stay. However, the service leaves much to be desired, as many staff members seemed inexperienced and struggled with communication. Additionally, the food wasn’t up to par with what I expected in quality and variety, impacting my overall enjoyment.

I had high hopes for this hotel, but sadly it didn't quite meet my expectations. While the rooms were modern and clean, the service left a lot to be desired, and I was surprised by the lack of staff training. The location was convenient, and I appreciated the spa services. Unfortunately, the dining experience was quite noisy, which diminished the overall enjoyment. Despite the clean facilities and nice beach access, I would not recommend staying here due to the service issues.
